PRODUCTIVITY AND FLEXIBILITY WITH THE LASER

The Divider is a key accessory for THE Laser range because it increases its productivity and versatility. In fact, it makes it possible to divide the work area into two sections and to split production into alternate processes more quickly and flexibly.

In fact, while the laser source completes the garments in the other section, the operator has time to place other garments on the table, reducing downtime and waiting.

FRONT AND SIDE LASER PROCESSING AT THE SAME TIME

The Divider makes it possible to work on both the front and the sides of the laser machine, thus allowing both the most complex and the fastest processing, such as breaks and details: alternating them, or, as needed, carrying them out simultaneously, even on many garments, thanks to the width of the working area.

The operator can work in complete safety thanks to sensors placed along the laser openings that instantly stop the process if they are crossed.

With the Divider, a true physical barrier is created that can be easily placed and removed as needed without compromising visibility and operability during processing, keeping it smooth and safe at all times.
