The All-in-One System performs all washing operations by combining 4 integrated sustainable technologies in one machine:

EGO, which uses ozone in both water and air for a brighter garment, less water and chemical consumption;

NoStone® for authentic, sustainable, stone-wash effects without pumice stone;

UP, which optimizes garment washing, bringing the liquor ratio to unprecedented levels (LR 1:2) while reducing consumption, time, and costs;

Core 2.0, a nebulizing system that creates effects and applies products to the garment, improving performance and decreasing water consumption by up to 96%.

Tonello Dryers represent a new generation of industrial dryers, entirely designed in-house to meet every production need, from sampling to large-scale.
Eight models with innovative design feature high-permeability drums and enhanced airflow for fast drying cycles.
The user-friendly interface and automation options enhance both ergonomics and operational efficiency. Ready for integration with heat pumps (Heat Pump Ready), Tonello dryers can be further enhanced with technologies like SmartDry and ThermoShell for a significant reduction in energy consumption.
