Production dyeing machines with high-speed spin-cycle
Description
The garment dyeing machines of the G1 HD3 series work with the high-speed open system patented by Tonello.
They are equipped with a high-speed spin-cycle and can be equipped with the UP system that substantially reduces the liquor ratio (LR 3:1).
The color kitchen allows the optimized introduction of dyes and products, ensuring high quality and reproducible dyeing.
All models are also available in the Steam Pocket version for indirect heating of the dye bath.

DyeMate
DyeMate is Tonello's new patented technology, the first to reinterpret the traditional indigo garment dyeing process, which is also perfect for VAT and sulfur dyeing processes.

Mago Site Manager is the remote assistance service that allows our technicians to take immediate action to solve any possible problems and to carry out software updates.
Wake
Wake is the first patented, and totally natural, dyeing system that uses only plants and vegetable waste, left to dry and infused, without the addition of harmful chemical additives.
Ego
The new ozone finishing system that combines three technologies in one system: ozone in water, ozone in air, and the patented OBleach process combined with Core technology.
ThermoShell
