Description
The Tonello TD 150 dryer is the largest in the range dedicated to sampling and small production, designed to ensure efficient and uniform drying even for larger volumes.
Available with steam or gas heating and in the variant with diathermic oil heating.
In addition to the standard version, featuring a fixed structure and a manual-opening door, it is also available in the automatic tilting version for garment unloading (T), a solution that optimizes workflow and improves ergonomics. The tilting model, TD 150 T, is also equipped with a pneumatically operated front door, ensuring more practical and safer handling of loading and unloading operations.

Thermoshell is special membrane that thermally insulates the Tonello machine’s shell from its exterior, to ensure a constant temperature during any type of process.
Drum for delicate materials
Polished drum with Ø4 mm holes, specifically designed to ensure a gentle treatment of the most delicate garments. In comparison, the standard drum features Ø8 mm holes.
Heat Pump Ready
All models are Heat Pump Ready, meaning they are compatible with the integration of heat pumps for significant improvements in energy efficiency and reductions in emissions compared to traditional heating technologies.
SmartDry Version
This system uses an exchanger to absorb heat from the exhaust air during expulsion and transfers it to the fresh air intake before passing through the steam coil. As a result, steam savings exceed 20%.
Infrared probe
High-precision infrared probe for temperature detection directly on the garment, ensuring accurate control of heat level during drying.
Humidity control
The humidity control accurately detects the level of residual humidity in the exhaust air, automatically adjusting the drying cycle to ensure a more even and effective result.
